Isaac's social media contains lots of posts with his buds: Cameron Crovetti (left), Luke Busey, Mikhail Novick, Nicholas Crovetti, Jacob Childress. But only a few one-on-one activities that might signify dating.
As of this writing, the buds are all 17 or 18, so I didn't look for nude photos of any of them. But I did check out their social media. Only Mikhail mentions Isaac: they did an anime cosplay together at Disneyland.

I don't think that Isaac is particularly drawn to gay actors, like Alfie Williams: he also posts photos with straight actors Aubrey Plaza (Rio on Agatha All Along) and Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas on Stranger Things).

Interviews omit any questions about Isaac's dating activity, but I don't think anyone doubts that he is gay. Well, maybe an occasional fangirl. A Tiktok poster asks "why doesn't Isaac have a girlfriend yet?", with the answer: "He's waiting to meet me, the Girl of His Dreams."
And maybe his mother. The text in Portuguese reads:
My Mom: Do you have any girlfriends?
Me: Excuse me?
But Isaac speaks Spanish. I think this is fan art (the colors are from the gay pride flag, distinct from the LGBTQ Rainbow Flag).
Otherwise it's a matter of "Who is his boyfriend?" or "What boy should he date?" Most often the answer is Moosa Mpstafa, Pugsley's buddy Eugene on Wednesday. But I don't see a lot of evidence of the two being close in real life -- or Moosa being into guys.
