As far as I can tell, none of his other characters are gay

Although he does show his physique in a 2019 episode of Room 104, the anthology series featuring paranormal problems bedeviling guests who stay in that room. Craig (Arturo) suffers from a debilitating skin condition that gets worse and worse, no matter what he tries.

Arturo is the writer, producer, and star of Alternativo with Arturo Castro (2019), a sketch comedy show based on his experiences as a Latino milennial: he dates a woman with a Latino fetish, learns what "fifty shades of gray" means, auditions for a stereotyped role, and so on. Other sketches involve "a father struggling to have The Talk with his woke son (what if there are two men?)," Che Guevara time-traveling to 2019, and an ayahuasca ceremony that turns out badly.

I think he plays other roles, too, since the video shows him in drag as a woman whose friends all got married while she is still single. And there may be a gay couple in there somewhere.
